2. someone will want my idea so bad they will pay millions for it, if it has an income stream that is exponential.
3. Alot of time has to be spent on developing an online business.
4. Its great you dont see the customer and it does matter how they are treated, because one happy customer tells one other and one unhappy customer tells 5000 others.
5. Margins online are less, over heads are less so you can survive on lower margin.
