The internet register ireland is again running its scam. Irish residents are now being subjected to legal actions in UK courts over the non payment of these fees.Do not pay out on these letters. If you are subject to legal action, do not ignore it.

First thing to note: if by accident your accounts department pays out on this letter they also have committed to paying out every year or they will face legal action. This has been done in the past and there are actions pending in UK courts in relation to non payment of these fees.

As long as businesses pay bills with no real balance and check going on this enterprise will continue.  They effectively charging 900 + euro for a link on their website. If you go to their site they list all those who have paid up as they are listed. This then provides the world with a fully verified list of "soft touches" for this sort of service. It also provides many other legitimate businesses with a list of prospective clients.
