New Cro Requirments,

The Companies registration office has informed all company directors that it will be manditory from April 2007 to list the company directors, registered address, registered number and trading names on all company websites, emails and other eletronic communications media. Futhermore if the company is in liquidation or being wound up this must be stated clearly on the all companies websites.

We are awaiting clarification from the CRO to see if this infromation has to appear on all pages or on the contact us page.
