Our Team is made up of a wide range or experienced and skilled indivduals who together make a great team to serve you.

Sean Owens:
founder and managing director who manages and directs the day to day running of Willows Consulting.  Over 13 years experience developing websites for the corporate and private sector. A computer science graduate with a retailing background makes for a unique Irish ecommerce skill set.
Formely of Cognotec, EDS and Oracle, Sean brings a wealth of online experience to Willows Consulting.

Aine Williams:
Aine brings 12 years product line management from Oracle corporation. A graduate of the DIT and IMI ensures a high degree of industry knowledge and QA is an integral part of all Willows Consulting's product. Project management, directing high end projects to ontime and quality deliveries.

John Cahill:
John has over 25 years of hands on experience in industry and has held senior management positions up to board level, with specific responsibility for financial, human resources and project management. He is currently a non executive director of a number of companies in the construction and IT sectors as well as providing consultancy, coaching and training services to a large number of organisations.

Before setting up in 2001, John was Finance Director for the Project Management Group (PM) for ten years. He also had responsibility for HR management until the appointment of a HR director in 1998. During this period PM grew to become Ireland’s largest engineering design and project management organisation, with over 1,000 employees. In 2000/2001 he managed the successful introduction of an Approved Profit Share Scheme into the company and has continued his involvement as a Trustee of the scheme.

Following Psychology studies with the Open University, John completed a Masters Degree in Organisational Behaviour through the Irish Management Institute (IMI) and Trinity College in 1999.

Prior to joining PM, John held senior management positions in organisations in the energy, construction, manufacturing, car retail and software development sectors.

Dawid Koniecki
Dawid and his team have been developing high end web applications for over 5 years, adapting and integrating new technologies into our existing and new websites. A technolgy brilliance coupled with an ever expanding testbed of new web technologies makes Dawid and his team an perfect part of our growing company.

Esther Kanagaratnam

Esther brings with her a Masters in Electronic Commerce from the National University of Ireland Galway. She has worked with a number of global web development teams and her expertise is in the area of Information Systems and Business Analysis. Esthers excellent organisational skills and clarity of thought ensure that all our projects are kept running smoothly and all our clients are kept informed of the progress of their projects. 

 

Our Senior developer

Lucas is our Senior PHP developer and CSS guru, he brings a vast experience of opensource systems and hosting technologies to our team. Lucas's expertise is in configuration of open source systems to fit client requirments.
