Purchased the module on the OpenCart.com you can get your license for free here ( 1 domain )
If you purchased the module on the EcomExtras.com Marketplace you can obtain your license for free here ( 1 domain )
If have more than 1 site running the GDPR Toolkit then you will need to purchase more licenses. If you already purchased let us know and we will issue a discount coupon.
License Keys are Valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Q. If I do not renew my license does my addon/plugin continue working ?
A. Yes the Addon/Plugin will continue to work as before.
Q. If I upgrade my opencart does my addon/plugin continue working ?
A. Yes the Addon/Plugin will continue to work as before. The license is attached to the domain.
Q. I purchased my addon on OPENCART.com how do I get my license.
A. You can get your license here.
Q. I do not have access to the email I purchased with
A. Send a request to support[at]willowsconsulting.ie stating your original email address and or order number and we will issue a new license. We service these requests 0900-1730 GMT mon-fri.
Q. I lost my license key.
A. login to you account using the email address you used when purchasing the product. Login to your account here, and retrieve your license.

Q. I have moved my site to a new domain.
A. please email support[at]willowsconsulting.ie with your order-id or the original license email or the email address you used to activate the license with.
Q. What happens after 1 year ?
A. A notice is on the admin area of the addon stating that the license has expired. The addon continues to work but updating the admin settings are not possible. Chances are that you set the settings 1 time and then never have to do it again.
Q. Why did you introduce a license ?
A. 1 to stop theft of the addon as it was taking place. The addon has 1000’s of hours developement in it. GDPR is evolving and the addon will need to be updated to keep in line with EU and local laws. These renewal fees will cover these costs.
