The customer experience has to be top class from a UX and ease of use point of view on mobile mostly then tablet and then on desktop.
Whiskey drinkers and collectors are a discerning and cultured customer. They know their product and like to research it in before purchasing. They are always on the lookout for a rare bottle and these need to be easy to find.
The website has to rank worldwide for rare and popular whiskeys. When a whiskey lover visits their should find it hard to leave without making a purchase or at least marking something for purchase later.
Mobile sales need to be absolutely possible with no effort required to complete the sale.
Prices and stocks and sales need to be posted to our Point Of Sale system instore.
