The Brief
A trade portal to help us grow our business with out pain.
To streamline the process of taking trade orders. The products have a short lead times. The order process has to be made as fast as possible.
Easilocks required an online system that would take the order, payment, and send to dispatch, update the order with a tracking number and notify the customer when shipped. This all has to occur with no manual intervention.
Stocks levels and prices to be synchronised across the organisation. The processing of various forms of payment needed to be accommodated so as to make the site as easy to use as possible for the customers.
This all has to link to sageline50 where all updates are automatic. They also have a shopify site that required a Sageline50 integration too.
